News from Formula 1: Last year was one of the most extraordinary seasons in F1 ever. However, apart from Formula 1, there are a variety of racing classics, including the 24 Hours of Le Mans.

Charles Leclerc said that it would be a great experience for him to compete in the race one day, but that would be impossible as long as he was in Formula 1.

Formula 1 news: Leclerc’s view of the 24 Hours of Le Mans

Despite the 24 Hours of Le Mans, which is usually held in June, the drivers are already showing stamina this weekend. The virtual version is currently running, ie the virtual 24 hours of Le Mans, in which Max Verstappen takes part.

Leclerc won’t drive for the virtual version, but journalists asked him several questions about his opinion on it. They ask questions about whether he is interested in participating or would actually participate one day. To which he replied that if it happens one day it would be a dream for him and that it is a goal that he certainly wants to achieve in his career.

However, this dream may not become a reality anytime soon.

“Now whether I want to go and do it, I have to say no. At the moment I’m concentrating on my F1 career, which I hope will last as long as possible,” Leclerc said on the Le Mans 24 Hours stream.

News from Formula 1: Charles Leclerc’s F1 career so far

Charles Leclerc currently drives for Scuderia Ferrari in Formula 1. He is known for his victories in the 2016 GPS Series Championship and the 2017 FIA Formula 2 Championship. His back-to-back success in 2016 and 2017 brought him an obvious choice for an F1 place at Sauber in 2018.

He was also the youngest winner of the France Cadet Karting Championship in 2009. Nicolas Todt then signed Leclerc in 2012, which was a huge boost to his career.

In 2016, Ferrari caught the attention of a rookie driver named Charles Leclerc and placed him in their driver academy. This opportunity allowed Leclerc to increase his in-game skills even further.

This enhanced his developing physical and mental abilities, even trying the latest Ferrari F1 car specifications in testing.

At the Circuit de Catalunya, Leclerc won the season-opening race despite Jake Hughes and Kevin Jörg sweeping the front row. Learning from his past troubles, Leclerc’s test for Ferrari impressed them enough to earn him a spot on the Sauber racing team for 2018. Currently, Leclerc has a contract to drive for Ferrari until the end of 2024
