Fortunately for Sebastian Vettel and Lance Stroll, the race has its advantages for such a team; the two will work with the company on the development of the hypercar. But they’re not the only ones from the F1 paddock involved in the project.

Aston Martin works with Red Bulls Newey to build a rare hypercar
As reported by Autosport, Newey will take care of the development of the car under the Red Bull Advanced Technologies umbrella. An improved version of the Valkyrie’s 6.5-liter V12 engine built by Cosworth drives it and develops over 1,000 hp.
The Silverstone team will make their drivers Vettel and Stroll available to support the development process. The team said: “Will use their expertise in the development of the new Aston Martin Valkyrie AMR Pro.”
They also stated that the car will have its first test very soon, but haven’t fully specified their driver’s involvement in it.
Tobias Moers, CEO of Aston Martin said: “Valkyrie AMR Pro is an incomparable project, a true track-only version with no rules. Nothing else looks like it, nothing else sounds like it and I am absolutely certain that nothing else will go like this. “

But as a dark cloud dawned over their heads, they had a glimmer of hope. It came in the form of Vettel, who finished fifth in the Monaco Grand Prix, which gave the team hope. And later at the Azerbaijan Grand Prix, where the German came second and gave the British team the first podium of the season.
The Silverstone team, currently in sixth place in the table with just 44 points, are hoping to get as many points as possible from the upcoming races to save their debut season.
