Like every other team, the two Mercedes drivers had to introduce themselves in front of the camera; their name followed by the team they are competing for. The video begins with Hamilton, who suffers from a brain weakness for a second and had to confirm the name of his team with the producer.
“Has the team name changed? I will forget Mercedes AMG Petronas Formula 1 Team. It’s a good confirmation of … about my job, “said the 7-time world champion with a hysterical laugh. Then Bottas arrived, who eventually made a hilarious mistake that made the whole room burst into laughter.
“Valtteri Bottas. Mercedes AMG F1… Formula 1… F * ck no, sc * t! ”He said.
Under the video was the official Formula 1 handle with the heading “So close, guys, so close.”

The upcoming partnership could go either way. The good thing about the Lewis Hamilton-George Russell team is that they are both of the same nationality. Hence, the duo will likely band together much closer in a much faster period of time.
And there is also the air of Russell. The ex-Williams driver has offered quite a bit of ridiculous content over the past few years. So there could well be hilarious moments between the two future teammates.
