She has been at his side since the 2016 season. In light of recent events, she shared her excitement for the next two years with Hamilton in an emotional Instagram post. “I can’t hide it, I was super happy,” she says.

Who is Angela Cullen?
Angela Cullen is the last person Lewis sees before the race and the first person he celebrates with afterwards. More importantly, she is the driving force behind his success over the past six years. Hamilton describes her as an important person in his life.
“People won’t understand, of course, because they see it from afar, but it was one of the greatest things that happened to me in my life.
“I’ve been fortunate to work with a lot of people … and she’s the hardest working woman I can be with.”
She had a positive impact on Hamilton’s life, which can be difficult due to his busy lifestyle. He claims it brings him a sense of peace and “not a single day has been negative – and that’s important.”

Before working with Angela, Lewis Hamilton had a trainer who didn’t fully understand his physical issues. He had no such problems with Cullen. It was the perfect match.
When Lewis Hamilton offered her the job as a physical therapist, he didn’t expect their relationship to be what it is now. Their shared word ethic and positivity only strengthen the bond they share. The two even have matching ‘loyalty’ tattoos on their wrists.
