F1 championship leader and Red Bull star Max Verstappen sheds light on what it takes to win the title this season.
This season, Verstappen has created a rivalry with the Mercedes superstar and seven-time world champion Lewis Hamilton. The pair have struggled all season and have been involved in multiple falls this year.
Verstappen is currently ahead of Hamilton in the overall standings as he shares what it takes for him to take his first title of the season.

“I know if my car is fast enough by the end of the season I’ll win the championship, but if not then we probably won’t win it.”
“You have to be a bit lucky, you have to have the right car, at the right time in the season or throughout the season – it depends on how close you are to other teams.”
“Of course, it has been a dream since I was a child to get into Formula 1 with my father in the first place and then fight for a title. So it would definitely mean a lot if we could win it. “
With only four races left, Verstappen has a narrow 19-point lead over Lewis Hamilton and is hoping to take the F1 crown.
