What sets the treatment by ZACOE apart from other studios is the decision to go for “smoother” curves. What’s even more interesting is that they deliberately left gaps between the bodies to make the car look more futuristic. Not only does this look cool, it also helps with air circulation and heat dissipation.

Unsurprisingly, a large amount of carbon fiber was used in the manufacture of the body kit.

The wide front mouth is much more pronounced and contains the front splitter. There are new carbon fiber elements on the sides that give the 720S a distinctive new look. From certain angles, it almost looks like the car has two front axles, similar to the Tyrrell P34 six-wheel F1 car from the 1970s.

ZACOE’s focus is on the materials. The entire body kit is handcrafted from special dry carbon fiber with a carbon fiber cloth with a density of 240 grams. It is the same quality of material used by AMG, Aston Martin and other exclusive automobile manufacturers. In order to guarantee longevity and lightness at the same time, the carbon fiber is compressed and burned in in a high pressure vacuum.

The rear has been heavily redesigned and the most notable feature is the integrated large rear wing. There are also four exhaust tips that look like battleship cannons. The exhaust itself was made by Frequency Intelligent Exhaust (Fi Exhaust). This is not the first time ZACOE has partnered with Fi Exhaust as they previously worked on the McLaren MP4-12C and 650S exhaust conversions, known as the McLaren 650S Volcano Conversion Kit. The new look also gives the 720S a very racing car look that is very reminiscent of the McLaren Senna.

ZACOE’s approach to improving the look of exotic cars could create a new trend. The studio doesn’t “blindly follow trends” and you can see that in their latest project. ZACOE’s expertise in 3D printing has enabled them to create a bold design. “If the OEM design of the 720s is the alien spaceship from space visiting Earth, then the ZACOE body kit for 720s is the transformation of a warship ready to leave Earth to explore the vastness of the cosmos . “
