Gasly would continue to defend his actions as they were the result of hard driving.

“I’m sure (he complained)! It was a tough race but I really enjoyed it, “Gasly recalled.” You can’t expect to be walking around the outside and the guy not fighting. I tried to keep it clean, it’s a very difficult turn, very long, on the edge of the handle. “

“Plus tailwind, so it was difficult to keep the car on the track. I haven’t seen the footage, I’m going to look at the footage to see if it was too much or not.

Norris shared his view of the incident on F1 TV’s “Post-Race Show”.

“The fact that he went off the track too was the worst part. I think what he tried was okay if he fell by the wayside, fair play, “said Norris, taking a tough step. But I got it anyway, so I don’t care.”

The couple will prevail again this weekend at the Austrian Grand Prix.
