How F1 teams and staff react in pressure situations

While the Formula 1 season reaches its climax in 2021 with the one-two victories in Saudi Arabia and Abu Dhabi, all eyes are on the championship protagonists Max Verstappen and Lewis Hamilton to see whether there will be any more fireworks or one of them both of them may win a title – decision-making error.

But their Red Bull and Mercedes teams and their employees will also be in the spotlight, all of whom will be under extraordinary pressure, as the work of a year depends on the results of these last two weekends – both for the prestige of the driver’s title and the financial rewards resulting from the fame of the Constructors’ Championships.
