In a recent Instagram story, the veteran F1 driver posted a picture of an ice cream truck. He wrote: “You are in the right place, ice cream truck”.
The picture also showed his children Robin and Rianna and Raikkonen’s wife Minttu. Needless to say, the two kids had a good time enjoying their ice cold treats.

In the meantime, the 2007 F1 World Champion will have some downtime with his family before heading to Baku for the Azerbaijan Grand Prix.
Seriously, the Alfa Romeo driver is determined to perform well for his team. He is aware that the car is capable of reaching midfield, a couple of points at best. However, this won’t stop him or his teammate Antonio Giovinazzi from striving for more.
What can Kimi Raikkonen expect in Azerbaijan?
Admittedly, the Alfa Romeo team is far from being a true midfield contender. However, Raikkonen is the kind of driver who can pull the car to places it shouldn’t be.
In addition, some of this seems to be having an impact on his teammate Antonio Giovinazzi. The Italian-Swiss team is currently in 8th place in the championship standings, ahead of Williams and Haas F1.

It’s worth noting that Raikkonen has a decent record at the Baku City Circuit. The logical explanation for this, however, is that he was in a faster car, namely a Ferrari compared to an Alfa Romeo.
Speaking of Alfa Romeo, the outfit has had pretty mixed results on the road. On the plus side, they scored a couple of points.
