So the question arose as to whether the Spanish giant Santander is ready to replace Mission Winnow as Ferrari’s title sponsor? Well, with speculation rising, it might not be. Additionally, it looks like Ferrari isn’t interested in marching into the 2022 season without owning a title partner.

Who will be Ferrari’s title sponsor?
According to Joe Saward, there is a vacancy in the title partner category at Ferrari. As such, it’s pretty unclear whether Santander or other premium partners will take that place or the Reds will sign a deal with an entirely new company to replace Mission Winnow.

“Take a look at the Ferrari website and you will see that there is a large white room under the title ‘Sponsor’. And then there are two levels of partners with the premium logos getting bigger.
“So Ferrari’s main sponsorship is up for grabs. Or maybe it has already been decided and will be announced. This is most likely as it is an opportunity gold for companies that can afford it, ”he wrote on his blog.

What is happening to Philip Morris International?

Rumors are circulating that Ferrari’s longtime partner Philip Morris International will leave the Italian team for good before the 2022 F1 season. Saward disagrees, however.

The British journalist assumed that PMI would in fact continue to work as a partner with Ferrari. He also added that Santander may not replace the PMI-backed Mission Winnow campaign. This begs the question of who will be MW’s successor!
