Leclerc’s deal with Ferrari is still very much alive after signing a 5-year deal in 2019. The Monegaske and Ferrari agreed on the terms of the contract after the 2019 F1 season in December. Hence, Leclerc is likely to stay with the team until the end of 2024.
He also kept pointing out that he wanted to extend the contract with the Maranello team.
Can Ferrari fight for the F1 championship in 2022?
