Interestingly, however, according to Dr. Riccardo Ceccarelli, the CEO of Formula Medicine, is not the case. Ceccarelli, who has over 30 years of experience in sports medicine, suggested two more drivers worthy enough to be hailed as one of the most perfect drivers in F1.

During an interview with Gazzetta, Ceccarelli said that Alfa Romeo’s reserve driver Robert Kubica and Ferrari F1 driver Charles Leclerc are far more perfect than Senna and Schumacher.
“I knew Ayrton Senna and Michael Schumacher well. They were driven by this extreme quest to find a bug that could be improved. But the driver who came closest to perfection for me was Robert Kubica. And Charles Leclerc, ”he said.

Kubica was once a passionate racing driver during his time at BMW and secured one win and 9 podiums in 4 seasons. The Pole also flourished at Renault after switching to the French in 2010. But then came the unfortunate fall on the first stage of the Ronde di Andora rally.
The severity of the accident meant that even a strong driver like Kubica could not make a solid comeback in Formula 1 after his return to the starting grid in 2019. He struggled all season and eventually retired from being a full-time racing driver. However, he still plays a role in Formula 1 by being the Alfa Romeo reserve driver.
