
Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc unveiled bold new helmet designs for the UK Grand Prix after McLaren’s Lando Norris and Williams’s George Russell showed off the Thursday leading up to the Silverstone race weekend.
Reigning Mercedes Champion Hamilton teamed up with Canadian artist Mad Dog Jones, who created an incredible, colorful design with Maya Angelou’s “Still We Rise” quote on the back.

Other details that are important to Hamilton include a recycling sign, a Black Lives Matter logo, and every Silverstone corner labeled on the underside of the helmet.

Ferrari’s Leclerc will drive the 375 F1 car through Silverstone this weekend to celebrate Jose Froilan Gonzalez’s triumph on July 14, 1951, which marked the Scuderia’s first ever Grand Prix win.

Leclerc’s helmet features a massive motif on the dome to honor the Argentine’s performance in classic Ferrari colors.
