Sebastian Vettel was near formula 1 for years and therefore knows better than anyone that bringing about change is not always easy. Nonetheless, he hopes that SON will take a closer look at the current rules.
The German has been driving an Aston Martin since last season and has had a passable year. Behind the scenes, he was not only involved with motorsport, but was also very vocal on human rights and similar issues. He was critical of the FIA several times.

Vettel lashes out at the FIA
Vettel believes that Formula 1 needs to evolve and concluded that this is not happening enough yet. The driver hopes for this through media attention. In any case, he himself is open to a different attitude, as he emphasized in an interview daily scoreboard.
“I think I’ve just gotten older. Even as a father, views and opinions change. You take responsibility and grow. I am also naturally curious and open to other opinions.” explained Vettel, who then made a clear statement to the FIA. “Time flies, even if, paradoxically, it seems to stand still in Formula 1.”
