F1 drivers quickly get the celebrity label. With the glamorous aura that surrounds their lifestyle, Sebastian Vettel believes that Formula 1 drivers come from stars. One of the most humble drivers in the paddock, Vettel, explains why Formula 1 drivers aren’t all that different.

Before the Qatar GP, a fan asked Vettel how he became a star. “A star like us? I don’t know, I don’t consider myself a star at all. “Vettel explained his answer. “I don’t think racing drivers are stars. I think we are what we are, we are racing drivers. “

Starting with RedBull, through Ferrari and now Aston Martin, Vettel admits that F1 life has its advantages. “Sure there are many beautiful things that I have experienced in my job or in my life, but the most important thing is that I fell in love with driving the most.”
Lando Norris agrees with the champion. “We just see ourselves as drivers and normal people who are here to do what we do, and like Seb said, we’ve been doing it since we started just because we love it.”
Norris also added that there is only one thing that differentiates drivers from their fans. “We can just drive a car a little better than them.”
