F1 favorite Lando Norris

If this were a gamble, Lando Norris would be the best driver to bet your money on. His incredible shape throughout the season almost guarantees him a place at the top. The impressive streak of finishing 10 out of 11 races in the points – breaking the pattern through no fault of your own; Norris has the talent to put him at the top.
Norris is currently third in the championship and is thirsting for his race win. When you hear one of his podium team radios, Lando just wants more.
Talent aside, Norris has a winning mentality. Whether he is being chased by a Mercedes in Austria or storming through the spray in France, Norris has the price firmly in view. It also means he could handle the pressure to lead a race.
Like Ocon, Lando must be given a chance. Although the McLaren has shown incredible pace, it is only good enough for P3. Lando can’t really compete against Red Bull and Mercedes and needs a chance to lead the race and he will undoubtedly make the best of it. With three podium places so far, it is only a matter of time before the Milk Boy sips his champagne.
Ferrari newcomer Carlos Sainz
Sainz had his share of podiums and had even come temptingly close to his maiden win twice in the past two years. Carlos eventually finished second and lost his win to Gasly in Monza and Verstappen at this year’s Monaco GP last year.

Although luck wasn’t his best friend, Carlos Sainz has Ferrari fortune on his side. Given that every full-time Ferrari driver has become a race winner since ’92, including teammate Leclerc, Sainz’s failure to continue the spell seems unimaginable.
In addition, the Ferrari driver has had a very successful debut campaign with the Prancing Horses and has continued to show outstanding performances in the last few races. It would be a shame if Sainz missed his longed-for win of the season.
Lance ‘F1 Surprise’ walk
Well, putting your money on Lance Stroll may not be the best option, but it is a gamble. Admittedly, the Canadian spent his season in the shadow of his teammate Sebastian Vettel.
But Stroll is a man of surprises. Take, for example, pole position in Turkey last year or his first podium in 2017; Lance Stroll strikes when nobody expects it.

That’s the only reason Stroll makes it onto the list. In another race like Baku or Hungary – where the leaders are not in the picture – Lance Stroll can have a turn of fate and achieve victory.
Williams’ George Russell
Supported by the fans, everyone longed to see Russell make the points – which he did in Hungary. Now there is the podium and a possible first win.
Well, that prediction isn’t limited to this season. Russell’s Williams may not be the strongest car to give him the lead, but it could be his dream seat in Mercedes.

The majority are hoping for a partnership between Russell and Hamilton that will get a chance in the faster car. For when everyone saw what the Briton is capable of when he is placed in a silver arrow; it was the perfect fit. While we wait for the news of Mercedes’ second seat, George Russell waits for the opportunity to be the best of the others.
Bonus name

Should he take over the wheel as a substitute driver or even find himself in an F1 car in the 2022 season, de Vries will certainly cause a sensation. While Formula E and F1 cars have their differences, Nyck has already spent his time with the F1 chassis and could dive into it if he gets a chance. His talent, experience and mentality all suggest he is a potential F1 Grand Prix winner.
