“This partnership is another boost for the team ahead of the new season and an opportunity to bring two iconic brands together on a unique journey in Formula 1,” said team principal Lawrence Stroll.
The parent company Asahi Europe and International is putting the new non-alcoholic Italian beer in the foreground of the partnership. Asahi has set a goal that 20% of all beer sales will be alcohol-free by 2030. Peroni Libera 0.0% consumers are encouraged to live their lives freely and consume with style and safety. The crunchy and refreshing Italian beer contains all the taste and passion of other Peroni drinks, but without alcohol.
“This is a milestone for Peroni Libera 0.0%,” said Richard Ingram, Global Brand Director of Asahi Europe and International. “An opportunity to bring our alcohol-free beer brand Peroni Libera 0.0% to consumers via the Formula 1 platform. We believe that by partnering with the Aston Martin Cognizant Formula 1 team, we are creating an alliance of two iconic brands with fantastic synergies around style, tradition and passion. “
The beer branding will appear on the team’s vehicles, kits, and “RV” base at each of the season’s 23rd Grands Prix, the first of which will take place in Bahrain on March 28th. Fans of the Aston Martin F1 Team have the opportunity to be closer than ever to the racing action through the content campaign and the activation of the city center. A film published by the team tells of the drivers Sebastian Vettel and Lance Stroll, who talk about their passion for the sport.
