Aston Martin is off to a very bad start to the 2022 Formula One season. Ralf Schumacher sees things going all wrong at the team, where Lawrence Stroll as owner now seems to be sitting in on technical discussions himself.

Schumacher heard that the car is a “catastrophe” and basically does everything you don’t want. However, the worst is happening in the team meetings: ”The owner (Lawrence Stroll) now seems to be sitting at the meetings and telling them what to do. If that’s the case, then it’s going to be very difficult,” says the former Formula One driver.
Meanwhile, the owner’s son experienced a lousy weekend. He was beaten by reserve driver Nico Hulkenberg in qualifying. ”That’s really embarrassing. Stroll should ask himself if he shouldn’t find another hobby,” the German concluded critically.
