
If you are an experienced driver in Formula 1 you are expected to have extensive feedback for the team after the races. The same is expected of Sebastian Vettel, especially when one takes into account his interest and knowledge of the technical aspect of the sport. But if you believe his teammate Lance Stroll, the German can have a lot to say during the team’s debriefing, sometimes too much!

Stroll had the pleasure of seeing Vettel’s zest for action firsthand and is quite impressed by the 4-time world champion. He admits that Vettel has recovered very well from his problems at the beginning of the season.

When Vettel talks about being involved and investing, he’s connected to how the car works, Stroll said, “I have to say he’s very in tune with what the car does and his communication with the engineers and his attention to detail are pretty much amazing.”

He also praised the way Sebastian absorbs information and passes it on to the team.
“He’s very good at really taking in all the information about what’s going on inside the car and explaining it in detail, corner by corner,” he said.
But Stroll admitted that encounters with the four-time world champion can be a little too long!
“Sometimes the meetings take a little longer, but it’s okay! He helps the team and that is of course the most important thing, ”said Stroll.

Seb is currently 10th in the drivers’ standings. He’s been enjoying resurgent form lately, starting a series of points with a fifth place finish in Monte Carlo.
He followed in Baku, where he put his skills and experience to the test to finish second and take Aston Martin’s first podium. He also recently showed his tire management skills at Paul Ricard and finished ninth after starting from 12th.

Everyone at Aston Martin, including Vettel, is very confident that they will continue their form and score again at the Styrian Grand Prix. The British team and their previous performances have always been fast at the Red Bull Ring and are hoping for another strong weekend in Austria.
