While Lando Norris, George Russell, Yuki Tsunoda, Charles Leclerc, Carlos Sainz and even his own Aston Martin team-mate Lance Stroll left the track in their supercar, the four-time world champion rode his bike despite the spillage.
Even if the spectators were happy to catch a glimpse of their favorite riders when leaving the venue, they were completely shocked and overjoyed when they saw Vettel riding his bike in the rain.

A heartbreaking weekend for the Germans
The 34-year-old wants to leave the events of Budapest behind as quickly as possible. Vettel pushed his Aston Martin to the limit to overtake Alpine Esteban Ocon at the head of the race. However, since he was not successful, he had to be content with second place.
Unfortunately, his weekend soon worsened as he was disqualified and lost his 18 hard-won points. The reason for its elimination was that the FIA team did not provide enough fuel samples.

For this reason, the team from Silverstone came away empty-handed on this race weekend.
Now, during the summer break, Vettel & Co hope to regroup and return strengthened for the next race. The Belgian GP at Spa is still a few weeks away and Aston Martin will be looking to collect points to help them with their championship hopes.
