Most Formula 1 drivers have to be away from their families for months during a season. So it’s no surprise they get emotional. When the Alfa Romeo driver was about to leave, his son brought his luggage; Raikkonen gave him a hug before parting.
The video was shot by the Iceman’s partner, Minttu Raikkonen shows her son Robin saying goodbye to his father. It has certainly been adored by the F1 community and can’t wait to see such healthy content from the Raikkonen clan.

The ice man can spend some time with the family during the season
A Formula 1 season has a hectic schedule. It leaves little to no time for drivers when it comes to spending time with those who are closest to them. However, Raikkonen had to go home during the 2021 campaign as he contracted COVID-19.
The Finn missed the Dutch Grand Prix and the Italian Grand Prix. He spent time at home and recovered; Fans were eager to get an update on his health. His wife gave the world of Formula 1 an update.
She filmed Raikkonen relaxing on the couch and waving to the camera. She wrote: “Kimi is perfect. Thank you for your nice messages !. ”

The 2021 season will be Kimi’s last year in Formula 1. The ice man didn’t provide an update on his future, but many would assume he would be spending time with his family.
