Dos Equis Ranch water

Dos Equis from Heineken USA is launching Dos Equis Ranch Water Hard Seltzer, inspired by the classic West Texas drink made from tequila, sparkling water and lime.

“Dos Equis Ranch Water is a tough seltzer with a country soul, carefully crafted for those bone-dry summer days when regular refreshment just isn’t enough,” said Hannah Dray, Brand Director.

“The Dos Equis brand is the second largest import brand in Texas with growth of + 16.1% last year and has surpassed Hard Seltzer’s largest brand, which makes our Dos Equis Ranch Water innovation an easy choice as both Dos Equis Lager and Ranch Water were founded in Texas with roots in Mexico.

“Hard Seltzers alone contributed 36.6% of the category growth last year. We believe that Ranch Water is the next big opportunity within the Seltzer category as Ranch Water 6-packs make up 25.1% of the Hard Seltzer 6-packs and accounted for 49.1% of the growth, ”continues Dray. “Dos Equis® Ranch Water Hard Seltzer offers something unique in a quickly oversaturated seltzer category.”

Dos Equis Ranch Water will be available in the classic lime flavor in 6-packs of 12 oz. 90 calorie, 4.5% ABV and 0 g carbohydrate and 24 oz cans.
