Red Bull driver Sergio Perez finished fourth with a total of 178 points and is therefore in a position to fight for third place in the drivers’ championship. The point gap between him and Bottas is 25, which could fluctuate in both directions over the next three races. However, the Mexican also has to fend off Lando Norris, who is only 27 points behind him in fifth.
