Can Lewis Hamilton break Schumacher’s record of most world titles?
With the signing of his contract extension until the end of 2023, Lewis Hamilton took two more years to break Michael Schumacher’s record for most world championships; He is currently tied with the German legend for seven drivers’ titles in F1.
Unfortunately, the Briton’s current title campaign is not going well. In the drivers’ standings he is currently 18 points behind Max Verstappen. If Hamilton is to keep his title hopes alive this season, he will have to end the Dutchman’s winning streak soon.
