LEWIS HAMILTON fan Neil Steele is so furious that Mercedes withdrew its legal offer to use the Briton as F1 world champion that he sells his Merc street car in protest.
Steele, 41 from Rishton, Lancashire, whips his Mercedes-AMG GLE63, which he says is in “perfect condition”.

Hamilton was denied the eighth world title when FIA Race Director Michael Masi disregarded the rules to drive a lap to the finish line in Abu Dhabi.
The Briton was a sitting duck on old tires and Max Verstappen won the race and the F1 crown.
Steele told SunSport: “As a traveling fan I am frustrated that an F1 world title is being decided by an FiA race director in such unsavory circumstances.
“I trusted the Mercedes team that they would pursue their legal appeals to remedy injustices without expecting a realistic change in the result.
“You have a moral obligation to protect athletic integrity just to sell the fans and Lewis Hamilton.
“Selling the car is petty and has no material impact, but I feel better and on principle.

“I will not support a team or a brand that puts politics before justice. We, the fans, feel tremendously abandoned and question the values of Toto Wolff and Mercedes.”
Steele wrote on Twitter: “It’s serious my car is driving, by the way, in case anyone cares.
“Mercedes-AMG GLE63s, 5.5l v8 Bi-Turbo. 69 reg., 12500 miles … perfect condition.
