Jean Todt, Ferrari & Mercedes F1 Pen a heartwarming wish for Michael Schumacher on his birthday

Michael Schumacher is 53 years old today. The seven-time world champion is arguably the greatest driver in the history of the sport. But since 2013 he has been struggling to recover from his skiing accident. Schumacher’s good friend and former FIA President Jean Todt also wished him for his birthday.

Todt used social media to wish the Ferrari legend something. He mentioned that he missed Schumacher very much and that Michael is still an inspiration for everyone to this day.

“Happy birthday Mikel! On this special day we celebrate a great one # F1 Legend and dear friend. Michael @schumacher You continue to be an inspiration to all of us. My love for you on this birthday. “Said Todt.

Michael’s former teams, Ferrari and Mercedes, also wished him for his birthday.

“Happy birthday to you @ F1Symbol. Keep fighting Michael, ”said the Mercedes AMG team.

Ferrari said: “We’re all with you, Michael. Today and every day. “

We can only hope that Michael Schumacher will improve: Jean Todt

Todt and Michael got very close when they were both at Ferrari from 1996 to 2006. Together they won five drivers ‘and six constructors’ championships. The Frenchman mentioned that he can understand the reason for the secrecy of Michael’s family because they do not publish any information about his health.

“I can understand why his family and friends are protecting him because we should leave him alone. Michael fights, he fights and we can only hope that he improves, ”said Jean Todt.

“I’m happy that his son Mick is in Formula 1. He’s fine. He could have a more competitive car, but I’m glad he has that passion. I am happy that Gina-Maria (Michael’s daughter) has found her passion for horses.

As you could see in the documentary, Corinna is a wonderful wife. The way she talked about Michael and what she does for him is a miracle, “said the former FIA President.

Hopefully one day we’ll see Michael Schumacher healthy again and in the paddock. Every F1 fan in the world misses the great German very much.
