In the THREE houses of Formula 1 legend Lewis Hamilton on his 37th birthday | F1 | Sports

In the past few weeks, questions have arisen about Lewis Hamilton’s intentions within the F1 scene for the future. He has stayed away from elaborate talks following his shocking defeat to Max Verstappen in Abu Dhabi, and officials have since suggested that the sport “move on” from the dramatic events of 2021. Regardless of his intentions for the new season, Hamilton has an undeniable legacy, both on and off the track.

When he’s not racing, the driver, who is valued at $ 300 million (£ 221 million), spends his time jetting around the world.

His considerable wealth has enabled him to take root in several countries.

But he spends much of his time in Monte Carlo, a region of Monaco known for hosting the annual Monaco Grand Prix.

In addition to his impressive Monaco home, he also owns luxury properties in London and New York.

Monte Carlo

Monte Carlo is the place Hamilton likes to call “home” and he shares his love of the region with several other drivers.

But as with many other aspects of his life, there too he is silent about his property interests.

He was reportedly previously housed in Fontvieille, a 50-year-old sea-view parish known for its magnificent homes.

In 2007, according to The Sun, he was considering a 2,000-square-foot, four-bedroom duplex that overlooks Seaside Plaza.

London

Hamilton’s British home is not in Stevenage, but in an exclusive London enclave.

In 2017, the Daily Mail reported that the then 32-year-old millionaire had snatched a house in Kensington.

The West London neighborhood is famous for having some of the capital’s most expensive houses, and Hamilton snagged one for £ 18 million.

Christopher Bailey, chief designer of the Burberry fashion house, had previously lived on the property with his actor husband Simon Woods.

The Mercedes star has acquired six bedrooms, four reception rooms and two bathrooms.

It also has a kitchen and a family room that opens onto a 200 foot garden.

The average price for a six bedroom house in Kensington is currently £ 5,812,500, according to Foxton’s real estate agents.

new York

Hamilton also owns properties across the Atlantic and invests more than once on the east coast.

He currently owns a penthouse in Manhattan, New York, near some other famous faces.

The penthouse is part of a project partially owned by NFL legend Tom Brady.

For £ 32 million he received a 6,547 square meter house with views of the Hudson River, complete with a library, wine vendor, swimming pool and impressive outdoor area.

The driver once owned another £ 34million property in Tribeca that he listed in 2017.
