After a year off, the United States Grand Prix is back on this year’s Formula 1 calendar. The exciting thing about the US GP 2021 is that it is sold out. With restrictions on the COVID-19 pandemic eased, it’s no surprise that fans from the States are excited to see the race.

The fans will have to wait a little longer, however, because the next race on the calendar is the Turkish Grand Prix in Istanbul. In addition, after a few weeks off, the F1 community can’t wait for the drivers to hit the Circuit of the Americas.
The United States Grand Prix will be full for this year’s race

Last year, fans were not allowed to participate in the race because of the pandemic. However, since the world will reopen this year, there were spectators on the Grand Prix weekend. During the 2020 season, the US Grand Prix was canceled due to travel restrictions. However, it’s back for this season and fans can’t wait.

According to the Sports Business Journal, the Grand Prix will attend 360,000 fans, more than ever since 2012. Without a doubt, fans wanted the next chapter in the rivalry between the two title contenders – Max Verstappen and Lewis Hamilton.

Can Hamilton redeem at the Circuit of the Americas?

The last time the F1 paddock was at the US Grand Prix was in 2019. Mercedes was the team that won but was not in the hands of Lewis; Valtteri Bottas drove the Silver Arrows to victory.

With the title fight getting more intense each week, Hamilton wanted to be at the top and defeat arch-rival Verstappen. Before they compete against each other on the Circuit of the Americas, however, they will meet in Istanbul at the Turkish Grand Prix.
