The F1 stars use the free time to send secret Christmas presents to their fellow drivers for Christmas, and Daniel Ricciardo has a special present.

Alpine driver Fernando Alonso got Ricciardo for his secret Santa Claus this year. The Spaniard never missed any opportunity for self-promotion, and the Aussie was on the other end of that wholesome, yet fun, gesture.

The two drivers have been in the sport for a long time. The two have a healthy bond and this is clearly evident in their off-track interactions. The Aussie revealed what Alonso had brought him for the secret Santa and went out laughing. Ricciardo said he now has a temporary tattoo of Fernando Alonso’s face on his left arm, which was a gift from the Spaniard himself.
“Fernando has just brought me for Secret Santa,” said the McLaren driver, as reported by Autosport. “And in addition to a nice bottle of red, he also gave me a couple of temporary Fernando tattoos. They are beautiful!
“I mean, it looks pretty good. It’s the only athlete I’ve ever had a tattoo on my arm so I don’t want to knock on it. He’s got a pretty tan too. So look, it shines in the sun! ”Added the Australian star jokingly.
Daniel Ricciardo is serving a two-week quarantine
The Abu Dhabi Grand Prix marks the end of this season after an intense battle for the world title. Mclaren driver Daniel Ricciardo will face a lot of inconvenience before he can meet his family. The Australian will be in a two-week quarantine after landing in his country before heading to his home in Western Australia.

Ricciardo had a long season with some important results like his win in Italy, but also some setbacks. He’s waiting to meet his family after the season, but it won’t be easy for him.

“I’ll be staring at the ceiling of a hotel room for two weeks. So i’m going home I have to, I have to go home. But it is difficult, it is difficult to come back, “said the driver of the team from Surrey, as reported by Autosport.
