Lando Norris may want to consider putting a bet with his McLaren boss, Zak Brown.
After an excellent start to the season, the Brit is currently third in the drivers’ standings behind Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen.
So far, however, his achievements have not awakened the creative spirit of his McLaren boss, who is famous for his sporting activities.
Norris said before the first RP: “Unfortunately I don’t have any bets with Zak. I know he does with some people but not me.
“Maybe it’s because he’s scared I might do what he says! I know he’s sticking to his word. Pato O’Ward will get his McLaren F1 test after winning his IndyCar race.
“I saw Daniel put a bet to drive a NASCAR in Zak’s private collection. Maybe he’ll give me a car to drive home.
“If I’m third in the championship at the end of the year, I might be able to ask about the actual racing car, that would be nice.”
