McLaren Racing today announced Medallia, the world’s leading provider of customer and employee experiences, as the official feedback partner of the McLaren Formula 1 team for the 2021 US Grand Prix this weekend.
As an official feedback partner, Medallia contributes its expertise in capturing customer and employee insights for the team. The partnership with Medallia kicks off this week at the US Grand Prix and provides McLaren with a range of solutions for collecting feedback from fans and team members.
