Seidl became team boss in 2019 and made a significant contribution to the success of the team on the starting grid. In 2020 he helped the team from Woking to third place in the team classification and to victory at the Italian Grand Prix in Monza in 2021. Horner and Wolff are arguably two of the best team bosses in Formula 1. Instead of deciding between them, Brown counts on one of them to be the best team boss on the grid.

“He runs the racing team, it’s his show. The cooperation with Andreas is excellent. We complement each other wonderfully. There are things that I contribute, things that he contributes. But there is nothing overlapping. We have a lot of fun together. That leads to good performance and fun and thus to positive results, ”concluded Brown. (Translated from Turkish via Google)
