Coulthard reveals Charles Leclerc reminds him of Michael Schumacher
It is quite fascinating to see David comparing Charles with Michael after just 3 races of the season. Michael Schumacher had dominated the sport for well over a decade with Ferrari and won 5 consecutive World Championships with them.

Leclerc in this season is looking like the driver that finally ends the championship drought for the Italian team. Ferrari have not won a championship since 2008. David mentioned that Charles mightily impressed him with his performance at the Australian Grand Prix.
“I have to say I actually shuddered a little! It took me back to when Michael dominated the Ferrari. All my fears came back! We have to say that Charles is a quality and a great driver,” said the former McLaren driver.

The Ferrari driver looks absolutely in the zone since the start of the season. Charles is reminding everyone of the immense talent and amazing speed that he possesses behind the wheel. It would be interesting to see if we can maintain this form throughout the entire season.
He has certainly laid down a marker for the entire grid after his performance in Melbourne. And hopefully, he can continue with his amazing run for the rest of the season.
