Sports betting and gaming provider Entain, in collaboration with McLaren Racing, has launched its “Party Responsably” initiative, a campaign to promote responsible gaming.
Entain will use its Party Poker and Party Casino brands, as well as its partnership with McLaren Racing, to promote the importance of control in gambling, which it likened to control behind the wheel of an F1 car.
The campaign includes a mini-film called “Time to Pit” in which McLaren F1 driver Daniel Ricciardo talks about the importance of boundaries and control.
At the Styrian Grand Prix last week, McLaren’s F1 cars carried the message “Party Responsably” instead of product branding. This will appear again at the upcoming Austrian Grand Prix,
The campaign will also include the launch of an internet hub, Partyresponsably.net, which will allow players to check how they are in control of their bets and allocate resources for responsible gaming.
“We believe there is much to be learned from the importance McLaren and Daniel place on risk management and control,” said Grainne Hurst, director of corporate affairs at Enttain.
“That’s why we think Party Responsably is a great way to use partnership to promote safer betting and gaming, to ensure our players respect their limits and have a great entertainment experience with us.”
Earlier this month, Enttain’s nonprofit The Entain Foundation US launched a responsible betting app that provides supportive and educational tools for those seeking advice on responsible gambling.
