Sportswear brand Castore has signed a four-year contract with GB Taekwondo to bring Olympic and Paralympic sports to Paris in 2024 and beyond.
The agreement comes after the Manchester-based company partnered with Wolverhampton Wanderers and Newcastle United, McLaren F1, England Cricket, Cricket South Africa and Samoa Rugby Union in 2021.
The company, backed by the likes of Sir Andy Murray and the billionaire owners of Issa, also relocated its headquarters to Liverpool last year.

Co-Founder Tom Beahon said, “Castore is excited to welcome GB Taekwondo as our newest high performance partner and Olympic / Paralympic sport to truly strengthen our presence on the global competitive arena.
“We were impressed with the passion, drive and dedication of GB Taekwondo and their athletes as we tried on the garments that go perfectly with our Better Never Stops ethos.
“It is no surprise that GB Taekwondo continues to achieve success in major competitions by seeking small gains and improvements.”

Matt Archibald, GB Taekwondo CEO added, “The next cycle of activities for GB Taekwondo is one that we are excited about and we look forward to both organizations continuing to deliver high levels of performance and technical excellence in the years to come.
The partnership with a brand that is so committed to producing technically outstanding garments was non-negotiable.
Combine that with the energy, passion and ambition we have seen from the Manchester-based founders and their leadership team and we see a great match with the organizations.
“I was really impressed when I met Castore’s co-founder Tom Beahon at his Manchester headquarters.
“He has shown great interest in Olympic and Paralympic sports and is committed to supporting our athletes in their Paris 2024 campaigns.
“We see many parallels between Castore’s DNA and the bold approach of GB Taekwondo on the path from start-up and darkness to a world-leading Taekwondo nation in a few exciting years.
“However, it was the commitment of the athletes that sealed the decision. Our fighters were delighted with the quality of the range and the design when we met the Castore team to try the products.”
