Aston Martin Cognizant Formula 1 team have the impressive signature of Martin Whitmarsh, a very well known name for the formula 1 Paddock, which will open from the beginning of October Aston Martin Performance Technologies Group Chief Executive Officer.
Whitmarsh is in Formula 1 especially for his time in the. known McLaren F1 team from 1989-2014, where he held a variety of roles including Group Chief Executive Officer, but most importantly as Team Principal from 2008-2014. During his time under Whitmarsh, Mclaren founded Mclaren Automotive and Mclaren Applied Technologies, and was also Chairman of the Formula One Teams’ Association from 2009 to 2013.
CEO from the team Lawrence walk, is thrilled to have someone of Whitmarsh’s caliber on the Aston Martin project.

Whitmarsh is excited to be part of the team that is firmly focused on winning a world title. Because of this, Whitmarsh has agreed to take on the role he is very much looking forward to.
