Who is Mick Schumacher?
Mick is the youngest child of Michael and Corinna, born in March 1999. Coming from a racing family, Mick was interested in the sport from an early age. Mick, who had always considered his father to be his idol, called him the greatest driver there ever was. He added, “But he’s not only the best driver, he’s also the best father in the world.” Regarding the pressures that came with the name, he said, “I know how much this name weighs in all respects, but I don’t feel that weight; for me it’s light as a feather. I feel very privileged to be able to drive with the name. I’ve only seen the pros and I’ve only had a positive impact on them. “
Where is Mick Schumacher now?
Mick realized his dream of driving in Formula 1 shortly after winning the Formula 2 title. In 2019, he signed with the Ferrari Driver Academy and participated in a few sessions during pre-season test drives and on Grand Prix weekends in 2020. He signed as a driver for the Uralkali Haas F1 Team in 2021 and is currently 19th in the championship.
As a racing driver, however, Mick made huge promises in his very first season and it looks good for 2022.
