Mick Schumacher has his seat problem fixed for Hungary
So far this season, the reigning F2 champion has sat crooked while walking around the track. Some may see this as the reason why he couldn’t get better results. But after repairing his seat, the young Schumacher hopes to make an impression on the Hungaroring this weekend.
However, it’s too early to say if this upgrade will make all the difference for the rookie driver. We will only find out when Mick drives out in the car for the first training session on Friday.

Steiner only became aware of this after Mick’s mom had mentioned it
Haas’ team boss, Günther Steiner, only became aware of the seating situation when the mother of Schumacher Jr., Corinna, pointed it out. Steiner was not aware of this and was ready to give his rookie driver a comfortable seat.
He said: “It was actually his mother who told me for the first time in France that something was wrong with the seat. “I said, ‘I’m not aware of this,’ but then I think it’s another thing that just escalated because I would say he wants to make a new seat. But he said himself that there is no urgency.

“But I wasn’t even aware of it until his mom told me about it, so it can’t be that bad. We will assign him a seat as soon as he wants and when he thinks we are able to do so, ”concluded Steiner.
