Mick Schumacher is currently driving his very first season in Formula 1. Like his colleague Sebastian Vettel, Schumacher can often be seen in front of the camera and throws other teams’ cars in the Parc ferme.
“I’ve really been doing this since karting. It’s always good to know, especially what the tires look like on other cars, and see if I can learn something from them. Tires are like an open book. They show you every little bit Mistakes and every little detail of other cars and my car. I think I’ll keep doing it, “Schumacher told Motorsport.com.

It is therefore no surprise that the 22-year-old driver does this in Parc Ferme. “Parc ferme is when I can get closest to another car. I can’t just walk into someone’s garage and say, ‘Hello, I’ll look at your car and then leave.’ But it’s definitely interesting to see. “
Schumacher is enjoying his first season in Formula 1
Schumacher has not yet scored any points at the Haas, as has team-mate Nikita Mazepin. Nevertheless, the German is enjoying his first year in Formula 1. “I’m relatively happy with how things are going, but of course it’s tough in terms of performance,” Schumacher admitted.
“But we still got our bearings and can work well together. I like it so much here that I can easily come to work and work overtime because it’s so much fun. I think that is really reflected in my performance. “It’s important to me that the hard work pays off at some point and I hope it does,” concludes the Haas driver.
