The French Grand Prix is just around the corner. At Paul Ricard, Williams hopes to get rid of tenth and last place in the constructors’ championship. Nicolas Latifi and George Russell have to take care of that. During the first free practice session in the south of France, there is a different name in the white / blue car.
Roy Nissany will do his laps on the Paul Ricard track. He will do so in place of George Russell, who will return in free practice two. Nicolas Latifi will drive all free practice sessions. On the Williams website, Nissany says he’s looking forward to getting back on track.

There are no more excuses for Verstappen: “He no longer has a blunt weapon”
“I can’t wait to get back in the car, it’s very addicting. Circuit Paul Ricard is a special track for me, I love the layout and have great memories of it. The last sector is usually very challenging and I can “Don’t wait to see it in the FW43B.” Nissany will primarily have to test the parts that Williams installed in Baku. They should help improve Williams’ performance in the wind, at least that is what Dave Robson intends to do , Head of Vehicle Performance at Williams.

Dave Robson is looking forward to Triple Headers
The first triple header begins next weekend. After France, two races are planned in Austria. Robson is definitely looking forward to it. “This is the first of three races in a row and while the schedule is tough for the team, everyone is looking forward to getting the most out of the FW43B on two different and iconic tracks, first here in France and then for a second in Austria and third Part of the triple header. ”
Definitely an ideal opportunity to test the new modifications and to hand over the role of latecomer in the constructors’ championship to Haas F1.
