According to Ralf Schumacher Nikita Mazepin should leave formula 1 soon. The former F1 driver is not impressed by the Russian’s ability and thinks about it Haas F1 should find an experienced teammate for Mick Schumacher.
Mazepin had a dramatic year
Mazepin made his Formula 1 debut with the Haas F1 team alongside team-mate Schumacher in 2021. Although neither driver could score points because of a bad car in 2021, Schumacher was the significantly better driver.
Mick Schumacher’s uncle Ralf also noticed that. According to the Spaniard, Marca Ralf Schumacher said at Sky Sports F1 that Formula 1 is not the right place for Mazepin. “Mazepin was undoubtedly a good driver in Formula 2, but this year he’s gone in the wrong direction and should be doing something different.”
