The official name of the American team shared a photo of the two sports stars, with F1 rookie Mazepin describing his “best training session so far this year”. Meeting the relentless, strong-willed and incredible athlete must have been a great experience for the young Russian. Mazepin had a tough rookie season with the Haas F1 team, largely because the car was underperforming. The two drivers were stranded towards the back of the grid and battled each other more often than each other. The American team was consistently present at the bottom of the Constructors’ Championship.
