In the history of racing, Ferrari and Formula 1 have always appeared as the two faces of one medal. Your efforts have inspired and changed many lives, including this writer’s life. It was a privilege to start my F1 career there (in 2000) where I saw the potential of a global marketing, technology and business platform. I was also incredibly lucky to work in a company like Ferrari where my eyes could appreciate and learn what human, strategic and operational excellence looks like.
But it’s not just about technology and business. First and foremost, F1 is sport and entertainment. For this important reason, a reasonably balanced turnover of the winners must be guaranteed.
