Lando Norris, 21, is arguably one of the best drivers this season. The young Briton is the only driver who has scored points on every race weekend so far this season. In addition, after the Austrian GP, Norris has already exceeded his number of points from last year and is aiming for McLaren to finish ahead of Ferrari in the constructors’ championship.

During that season, Lando Norris was lauded by almost the entire F1 fraternity, including fellow countryman Lewis Hamilton. And once again the seven-time world champion was impressed by the young McLaren driver, who finished P4 at Silverstone.
In a video posted by McLaren’s official Twitter account, Lewis Hamilton was seen taping Lando Norris’ interview after the British GP. The tweet reads: Fan # 1 (with a winking emoji).

“Such a great driver, Lando.”: Lewis Hamilton
Reigning champion Lewis Hamilton praised Lando Norris at the Austrian Grand Prix. The young Brit qualified on P2 just four hundredths of a second behind the pole sitter Max Verstappen.
During the race, Lando Norris was 20 laps ahead of Lewis Hamilton, but the young Briton later gave up his position. After overtaking the knight said on the radio: “Such a great driver, Lando.”
Although he was behind Hamilton, Lando Norris crossed the finish line ahead of him after the former suffered a floor damage to his car. And cliché his third podium of the season.

Lando Norris has overtaken his long-time team-mate Daniel Ricciardo this season. The young Brit is currently in fourth place in the drivers’ championship, 63 points ahead of his team-mate.
