As quoted by Autosport, Sainz said, “It’s a combination of factors to get the perfect result, like Charles did. First you have to put the weekend together completely, and it comes to a good qualifying in order to get a good lap in the third quarter and start further ahead. Then it would not have been a problem and would have started.

“That was what I did particularly well at McLaren when I put the whole weekend together and that is what I have to improve further over the course of the races with this team in order to continue to work at the highest possible level”, castle Sainz.
The Spaniard remains cautious at the Monaco Grand Prix
The next race on the calendar is the Monaco GP, which is due this weekend. Sainz is wary of how challenging the track is but remains optimistic about a good result.
As quoted by GPFans, Sainz said, “I think it’s a very specific circuit. Obviously with good downforce in the last sector [in Spain] makes you feel good and put you in a good state of mind when you go to Monaco.

“Monaco has some peculiarities in terms of car set-up and tire preparation for qualifying, but the cars in Monaco are so different that it could change the picture a little,” concluded Sainz.
