A storm is brewing out of Ferrari when an unusual argument between the team boss and one of the drivers is observed over the weekend of the Italian Grand Prix. The Tifosi don’t want to hear that, especially when you consider that the Maranello outfit is only just getting back to the top.

According to multiple sources, the Monza paddock witnessed a dispute between Mattia Binotto and Charles Leclerc. On Friday, the duo’s reasoning attracted a lot of attention and led to several speculations.
The fact that Binotto is the boss and Leclerc is a driver working under the Italian government naturally suggests that this is not a major problem. Quarrel happens! Disagreements happen! However, according to FanPage.It, the problem has the potential to rise to unimaginable levels in the future.

How great was the tension at Ferrari?
Well, apparently pretty big. Both Leclerc and Binotto were animated and teasing each other ugly. And this eventually caught the attention of bystanders, including Nicholas Todt, the son of FIA President Jean Todt, who took action to calm the duo and eventually bring brief peace to the Ferrari garage.
Sources claim that the Monza tensions were not necessarily the first of their kind. Instead, there have been quite a few such fallouts in recent months.

Of course, the argument in Monza could well be the reason for Leclerc’s mysterious break in the middle of FP2, which looked pretty sick. The Monegasse had complained of nausea and headaches, which the tension may have made worse.
Why did Charles Leclerc argue with his boss?
You’d think the argument had something to do with Leclerc’s performance this season. But that wouldn’t make sense, as the Monegaske has been looking absolutely at the height of his game since the beginning of 2021, albeit the rare mistakes on the track.

This is because the Italian allegedly claimed that Sainz was more reliable than Leclerc, which he was obviously dissatisfied with.
