‘Rawe Ceek’ is a gift that always gives. Since Ferrari accidentally brought it into the public eye last year, it has been a source of constant joke among their passionate fan base and some parts of the general F1 community. So it was only fitting that Mercedes should join in at some point.

As we all know, the Mercedes social media game is arguably the best of any F1 team. You are not afraid of trolling others and laughing at yourself every now and then.
But Ferrari’s Twitter feed got more attention at the British GP last year. They tried to be smart by positioning “Race Week” in a different way that, at first glance, read as “Rawe Ceek”. And so the meme was born.

Although Mercedes had not yet recognized this hype; to date with the Portuguese GP 2021 this weekend.
Even if it has now become a bit clichéd, it doesn’t tickle our funny bones. It remains to be seen how the Mercedes admin gets their creative juices flowing and comes up with funnier iterations of this meme.
