Aston Martin Honcho, Lawrence Stroll sat down with Tom Clarkson on an episode of the Beyond the Grid podcast. While talking about his passion for motorsport and his impeccable five-year plan for the Silverstone team, Stroll explained how Sebastian Vettel plays a vital role for the team. After separating from Ferrari, Stroll believes that Vettel is much happier in green.

Vettel rode a jumper for six long years; his time on the team was relatively bleak compared to his days with the Bulls. Now, however, Vettel has spent his debut season at Aston Martin and a familiar smile and ease return to the champion’s face. When asked if the driver would like to switch to a smaller, more relaxed team, Stroll quickly agreed.

The Canadian said: “I think we all know that Ferrari is the biggest pressure cooker here. So it’s definitely fun to have – less pressure. ”
Sebastian has had a breezy time with the team this season, but he’s still aiming for better results. For Stroll, Vettel fits perfectly into the team, now and on the way to improvement for the future.
