They’re still my bosses and I don’t want to make mistakes: Lando Norris
As reported by Autosport, Norris announced that he has struck a balance in his relationship with Brown and Seidl. He can count on them to have support and a kick in the butt when needed.
“I think it was hugely important. They support you in difficult times and criticize you when you need to be criticized, ”said Norris.

“They are still my bosses and I don’t want to make mistakes; I don’t want to make them look bad. And I still have a job where I have to perform and go out and do a very good job.
“Even in these tougher times, or times when you are struggling, or times when you need to crank your arm up to do a better job in any area, they give you that. And I think it is a very good combination of those kinds of things that they can help with, ”concluded the Briton.

McLaren driver says he’s still a negative guy
Norris has always been very self-critical and doesn’t really praise herself. But the McLaren driver believes that every driver reacts differently to criticism and support.
“Of course all drivers are different and some people have the feeling that they don’t want to support, but feel that they can do it on their own. And then there are some riders who need a lot of support and they need the trust of everyone around them.

“I would say I’m kind of in the middle. I love doing a lot of things on my own. And since I’m a very negative guy, I try to work on myself a lot. I feel like I can do a lot by complimenting myself and being negative about myself and I can learn a lot from it, ”explained Norris.
Norris is currently P3 in the overall standings with 113 points. He leads the offensive for McLaren in the battle with Ferrari for P3 in the constructors’ championship.
