That’s right, we discussed that: Stefano Domenicali

As reported by GPBlog, the former Ferrari team boss remembered the time when he had shown interest in signing Hamilton. He also mentioned that he won’t hold Hamilton responsible for choosing Mercedes, even though the move never materialized.

“To be honest, yes. That’s right, we discussed that, ”admitted Stefano.

“Today that time is over. There’s a movie called Sliding Doors. There are moments when you get on an elevator you stay on the ground. That was the situation Lewis lived in at that particular time in his life. You can’t blame your choice, ”said the former Ferrari boss.

I’ll never know exactly why, but I wish you all the best and I’ll spend the next part of my time trying to keep you from winning the championship! ”Concluded Lewis.
